Coriander Seed, Red Chilli Whole, Chana Dal, Arhar Dal, Turmeric Finger, Cumin Seed, Black Pepper, Amchoor, Brown Mustard, Cinnamon, Clove, Heeng, Jayphal, Javintri.
Shelf Life: 9 Months.
It is the main ingredient used in making sambhar. It also adds a tangy twist to the sambar when consumed with dosa, idli, vada, etc. People also prefer to consume along with rice.
